Tasting : Beautiful poppy colour with salmon tints. Fresh nose with wild strawberry, redcurrant, pomegrenade and a touch of grey pepper. On the palate smooth and pleasant with hints of pomegrenade, flintstone and paprika.

Food Pairing : Ideal apéritif with a provençale puff pastry with goat’s cheese and tomato or with a main course like a crayfish pie on pink grapefruit or with a red fruit dessert.
