Terms and Conditions of Sale

The prices include all French taxes (taxes may vary according to your country) ex works. Transport costs will be charged to the addressee. Payment after order by cheque.

Right of rescission of the vendor : The delivered goods remain the property of the sender until the purchaser has payed the complete amount. The purchaser therefore is not allowed to resell the goods or use them before payment.

Payment :
The complete amount due is to be payed by the payment date mentioned on the invoice, without discount. It is explicitly declared that if the payment is not executed by the fixed date on the invoice, the amount and surcharges can be encashed immediately, as well as legal fees, at an indemnity sum of 15% of the amount due as compensation and interest.

Delivery and shipment of the goods, risks and transport costs :
The bottles are shipped at the risk of the addressee. We recommend you to check the number of bottles and the contents of the boxes on receipt even if the boxes appear to be undamaged. If there is a delivery problem, it is up to the addressee to make a complaint to the transporter solely responsible. Without guarantee concerning the consequences of frost or bad storage.
