Tasting : Of a golden colour with yellow hints. The nose is powerful, peaches in sirop, peanut, caramel and white pepper. Its attack is straight and incisive with citrus fruit notes (orange, tangerine) and yellow lemon with a chalky finish.

Food Pairing : Ideal aperitif with a caramelized foie gras on toast and with a main course like pork stir.
