Tasting : Of a pale golden colour with fine bubbles. Complex and supple. Nose on green apple, notes of cashew, dried apricots and dried grapes. On the palate intensive and dense, a complex aromatic expression, a long and velvety finish, on yellow fruits (peach, nectarine and chalk flavours). Passionate connoisseurs will find this consistency of taste. A true pleasure of the senses.

Food Pairing : Ideal aperitif with a smoked duck breast on toast and fig chutney and with a main course like capon cooked in cider or a meat tajine with dried fruits.
