Tasting : Of an intensive golden colour. Delicate nose, fresh chalk, toast flintstone, then it opens up to peach, strawberry. Full on the palate with density, a complex aromatic expression, long and velvety finish, quite mineral with a touch of black grape and pear.
Food Pairing : Ideal apéritif and with a cod carpaccio on citrus fruits or a filet mignon cooked in white wine and shallots. With a strawberry tart as a dessert.
