Tasting : Of golden colour with dark golden reflections. Delicate and full nose, on fruit jellies like peach, abricot, some orange zests and fresh flintstone with a touch of choux pastry. On the palate it is full-bodied and rich on flavours of peach, nectarine, chalk and a touch of gooseberries.
Food Pairing : Ideal aperitif with a salmon toast and citrus fruits or a main course like duck breast on peaches and a dessert like yellow peach and raspberry crumble.
