Grape Varieties : 80% Pinot Noir - 20% Chardonnay

Sugar Content : 9.6g/ Litre (Brut)

Tasting : Of a pale golden colour. Mineral nose first, flintstone and chalk, then it opens to greengage, yellow peach and black currant. On the palate yellow fruits (nectarine, mirabelle, abricot) and barley sugar.

Food Pairing : Ideal aperitif, with a bit of young Comté and white grapes, also with scallops topped with foie gras.
