Tasting : Brilliant yellow lemon colour. Fresh nose, lemony, on fresh chalk and breadcrumbs, with some notes of white flowers. The attack is marked by a perfect balance of sugar and acidity. On the palate fruity, flavours of mirabelle, star fruit and pear.

Food Pairing : Ideal aperitif with prawns and citrus fruits, a white meat like chicken breast strips with tangerines or a dessert like almonds with mirabelles.
